The publication fee for accepted papers is USD 250. Authors paying in RM must calculate the conversion based on the current currency conversion on the payment date. Payments by local authors or institutions should be made in ringgit Malaysia (RM)

The time from submission to publication can vary greatly. We go through all submissions on a first-come-first-serve basis. Submissions that pass the Editorial Desk Review will be sent for peer-review. The process is dependent on the availability of the reviewers and the review return response. Usually, it takes the editor and reviewers about 2–6 months to read your submission and get back to you.

At present, we are more inclined to publishing empirical and research-based papers than conceptual or review papers. We only occasionally make exceptions and accept conceptual articles that are either interesting and critical or written by established authors/researchers in the field.
